No other shop can beat COTD!!! This is one my favourite online shops ever. I have been shopping here for years and mostly every week, sometimes three times a week until this COVID-19 came up 😁🤔 The whole family loves COTD, everything we need from birthdays, anniversaries, fathers’ and mothers’ day, Christmas and presents to families and friends etc. etc. are here.
We don’t mind spending thousands of money for business we could rely and trust!! No words can describe of how awesome is the customer service plus Australia post as their partner is just amazing for quick deliveries. For years I have been shopping here, I could hardly remember that they gave me headaches. The only problem I would have is when I buy from Marketplace where delivery can take longer but it is always stated in their description. Otherwise, just a very smooth shopping experiences all the time and am always a happy buyer. Easy to contact them when you needed them directly. And also, one the best thing I like is being a CLUB CATCH MEMBER, I can access everything plus free delivery on orders $45 over. They’ll also give you $5 store credit for delayed deliveries. Just awesome! Its worth spending money here.

To review any product it keeps loading takes so long since last year, made few complaints over phone also in msgs but no one fixed or replied back regards it. Second bad thing about catch the marketplace people it’s more of scam, coz once we submit order on good price sometimes they cancel the order next day and say sorry they run out of the stuff or they say system error. I have proof I can prove anyone if anyone need I can show proof it happens to me previously and also last week. I order 2 ray ban sun glasses and after submitting my order and payment when out they canceled the order next day and catch didn’t fight for me they supported the market place people which was disgusting!! It’s like one I buy something from shop I made the payment and I got the receipt how can a sales person take product back from my hand cancel my order without my approval! But it happens here at catch. Before I had best experience on catch but since this year it’s gone poor due to their market place and they support to marketplace not to their customer I would give them 2 star

I have done some serious shopping on catch of the day and never ever have had any problems at all. Fantastic prices and fantastic goods. I recommend catch of the day to every and anybody that values their dollars, because you can do some serious saving! But on a recent note, omg, I had the worst experience trying to get a repair/exchange/refund for a Dyson Vacuum cleaner that worked for less than 3 months and because I did not keep or send the original box with my return of this item to Hong Kong, they asked me to pay for the return shipping so they could send my faulty Dyson back. It obviously was the dropshippers fault from Hong Kong claiming the return with original box was part of the warranty (don’t worry about the serial number , no, just the outer box??) I ended up claiming my refund through Pay Pal and obviously was treated with respect and honoured with a refund. Had it not been for Pay Pal, I do not believe I would have received anything. I was very disappointed as I have spend probably thousand on COTDmover the years.
